40% Energy Savings Guarantee      

We guarantee a 40% savings on the energy necessary to heat and cool your home during the first year after installation, when you replace all of the windows and patio doors in your home with Sunrise Windows with Ultra-U VSS, Ultra Kr90, or SunSmart Energy Savings Glass Systems.

In the event that less than all of the windows are replaced, this guarantee will be prorated to the actual percentage of the windows replaced.

If you do not have at least 40% savings on the energy necessary to heat and cool your home during the first year after installation, Lifetime Leisure Rooms will refund the difference, up to a maximum of $500.00.

There are many different types of materials and glass that are used in the manufacturing of windows...some that will significantly improve insulation values, and others that may not even be as good as the windows you are replacing. The R-Factor in window construction refers to the level of insulation that a window has. Both frame materials and glass have R-Factor ratings. The higher the R-Factor, the better the insulation.
